Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and ck99 ("ck99", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the ck99 website located at ck99.lol and all associated services, applications, games, and features offered therein (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing ck99, registering an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the ck99 platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the ck99 platform and close your account.

ck99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where material changes are made, ck99 will endeavour to notify registered users via the email address on record or through a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of ck99 following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility Requirements

Access to and use of the ck99 platform is subject to strict eligibility criteria. By registering or using ck99, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ck99 strictly prohibits access to minors. All players must be aged 21 or above to register, deposit, play, or withdraw on the platform.
• You are accessing ck99 as a private individual for personal, recreational purposes and not on behalf of any third party or commercial entity.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, and it is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before using ck99.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, or affiliate of ck99 or any of its parent companies, subsidiaries, game providers, or software suppliers, nor are you a close family member of any such person.
• You are acting on your own account and are not acting as an agent, nominee, or intermediary for any third party.
• You have not been previously excluded, self-excluded, or banned from ck99 or any affiliated gaming platform.
• All funds deposited into your ck99 account originate from legitimate, lawful sources and you are not using ck99 for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.

ck99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any user at any time. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension or permanent closure of the account and forfeiture of pending withdrawals.

Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the ck99 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices, is strictly prohibited. ck99 actively monitors for duplicate account activity. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ck99 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any winnings, and confiscate deposited funds where fraud or abuse is established.

3.2 Account Information Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. Your registered mobile number, full legal name, and date of birth must match your government-issued identity documentation. ck99 uses this information to verify your identity during the withdrawal process and in response to regulatory requirements.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ck99 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. ck99 will never ask you for your password via any communication channel. You agree to notify ck99 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. ck99 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

ck99 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements. Prior to processing withdrawal requests above a specified threshold, ck99 may require you to submit supporting documentation including, but not limited to, a copy of your National Identity Card (CNIC), proof of address, and evidence of your primary payment method (e.g., JazzCash or EasyPaisa account ownership). Submission of false or fraudulent documents will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ck99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Online Transfer, Meezan Bank, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ck99 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals at this time.

4.2 Deposit Policy

All deposits are processed in real time. ck99 does not charge any deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. The minimum deposit amount is Rs. 500. ck99 reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time with notice to registered users.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed within two (2) to twenty-four (24) hours, subject to identity verification requirements and payment processor availability. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method in your own name that matches your ck99 registered identity. ck99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs. 1,000. ck99 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests of any amount.

4.4 Responsible Use of Funds

Players are solely responsible for the management of their ck99 account funds. ck99 strongly advises all players to set personal deposit limits within their account settings and to gamble only with amounts they can comfortably afford to lose. ck99 account balances do not accrue interest and are not protected by any deposit guarantee scheme.

Bonuses & Promotions

ck99 offers various bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, and other incentive programs to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to their specific promotional terms, which will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail in respect of that offer.

Unless the specific promotional terms expressly state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all ck99 promotions:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any withdrawal may be requested. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• ck99 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings in cases of suspected abuse, multi-accounting, or violation of these Terms.
• Bonuses credited to your account expire within the timeframe stated in the specific promotion terms. Expired bonuses are removed automatically without notice.
• ck99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring bonuses already validly claimed.

Gaming Rules

All games available on the ck99 platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable rules. ck99 provides games sourced from certified third-party software providers. All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or by genuine live dealer events, as applicable.

In the event of a discrepancy between the game result displayed on your device and the result recorded on ck99's servers, the server-side record shall be definitive. ck99 shall not be responsible for losses arising from technical failures on your device, browser compatibility issues, or interruptions to your internet connection during active game sessions.

Sports betting markets on ck99, including cricket, PSL, football, UFC, and other events, are governed by ck99's Sports Betting Rules, which are published separately and form part of these Terms by incorporation. Settlement of all markets is at ck99's discretion and in accordance with the rules applicable at the time the bet was placed.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ck99 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Accessing the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Operating multiple accounts or creating accounts on behalf of others.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or glitches for financial gain.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to operate your account.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting ck99 support.
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the ck99 platform or circumvent geographic or account-level restrictions.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ck99 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game software, user interfaces, and code, is the property of ck99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ck99 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, display, sell, license, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the ck99 platform without the prior written consent of ck99. Any unauthorized use of ck99's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ck99 and its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ck99 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or gaming winnings due to technical failures or service interruptions.
• Unauthorized access to your account by third parties resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Decisions made based on inaccurate information displayed due to technical error.
• Any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms or applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

ck99's total cumulative liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you during the thirty (30) day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy & Data

ck99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at ck99.lol/privacy-policy. By using the ck99 platform, you consent to such collection and processing as described in the Privacy Policy. ck99 uses your personal data to provide and improve the Services, verify your identity, process transactions, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

ck99 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your data may be shared with third-party service providers engaged to support the operation of the ck99 platform (such as payment processors and identity verification services) under confidentiality obligations.

Termination

You may close your ck99 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon valid account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any applicable bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

ck99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, and withhold funds pending investigation, in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period.
• Receipt of a request from a law enforcement or regulatory authority.
• Where continued operation of the account poses a reputational, legal, or financial risk to ck99.

ck99 will endeavour to provide notice of account termination where legally permitted to do so. In cases involving active fraud investigations, notice may be withheld temporarily.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ck99 is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising between you and ck99 shall first be subject to informal resolution through ck99's customer support team. Players are encouraged to contact support in the first instance, as the majority of account and transaction disputes are resolved promptly at this stage.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated to the dispute resolution mechanism provided by ck99's licensing authority. ck99 commits to cooperating fully with any licensed alternative dispute resolution body and to abiding by any determination made thereunder.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
